    The shoes are soft and pleasant to the touch. I wouldn't wear them without a sock in summer but they're perfect for spring and autumn. I bought the size “13-18 months” for my 16 month old baby and they do well (shoes 21). The buckle is decorative and the closure is Velcro, I love that detail so children can dress themselves.
