Return & Exchange

Customers’ satisfaction is our top most priority. If you have changed your mind after the purchase “No Problem” you have 30 days to return OR exchange your purchased products from the date of purchased. However, in some cases, certain items cannot be returned / exchange;

– Clearance items are final sale.

– Big Discount items (Discount at least 50% or above) are final sale.

– Items without original packaging OR damaged packaging items are final sale.

– Physical damaged products are final sale.

Additionally, if an item is being shipped to you in multiple boxes, please wait until you’ve received the final box before making a return. The return period will start after you get the final box.

How to return an item purchased online by mail:

  1. Check the item’s return policy – Make sure your purchase is eligible for return using our product-specific return policies.
  2. Make sure you’ve received the final box of your order – as some items are shipped in multiple boxes.
  3. Select the order through your Prime4Buy account – Your orders can be found in the “Order History” section within your online account.
  4. Click on the “Start a Return” button – Select this to see your return options.
  5. Fill out the questionnaire to submit your request – If it’s eligible for return, you’ll receive an email with info on how to get the item back to us.

Once we’ve received the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 days.

Please be aware that return shipping labels are payable by customer.
