Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you change your mind after a purchase, no problem you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. However, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance items are final sale
- Heavily discounted items (50% or more) are final sale
- Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging are final sale
- Physically damaged items are final sale
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, please wait until you receive the final package before initiating a return. The 30-day return period begins once the last package is delivered.
How to Return an Item Purchased Online by Mail
- Check eligibility: Review the product’s return policy to confirm it qualifies for return
- Ensure complete delivery: Wait until all packages in your order have been received
- Access your order: Log in to your Prime4Buy account and go to the “Order History” section
- Start a return: Click on the “Start a Return” option to view available return methods
- Submit your request: Complete the required details—if approved, you will receive return instructions via email
Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
