    testei na vivo, do modelo preto e não funcionava de jeito nenhum, nem mudando configuração, então comprei um de outro modelo e quando resetei esse e tentei de novo ele magicamente funcionou.. então não sei se o problema era no chip ou algo do tipo mas hoje, 3 semanas depois, tá funcionando ok

    Received product fast, but it was a nightmare to figure out how to setup. At first the device would not turn on, to fix this issue. You have to remove the yellow/gold tip from off the connect point on the battery. Step 2. After going to the 192.186. Website that website can only be accessed from a laptop or desktop computer. It can not be done on the mobile. Step 3. If you insert your SIM card and it’s not working. It means you will have to contact your mobile provider for the APN settings. You will have to manually input your mobile provider APN settings to be able to use this device. It took me 4 hours to figure this all out.
